    Commitment
Selection in any squad requires a commitment to train and compete for the full 2026 season. Training days/times and match schedules will be provided following selection.

    Selection
Selection decisions are made by the Club’s appointed coaching staff and selectors. The Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    Fees & Payments
Successful players will receive a Letter of Offer on the final night of trials or shortly thereafter. A minimum 50% deposit of the Club fees is required on the night the offer is issued to secure the position. Deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. SA Government Sports Vouchers can be claimed for eligible players and applied toward the balance of fees.

    Player Conduct
Players must follow all directions from coaching staff and trial organisers. Disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from trials.

Parental/Guardian Responsibilities (for players under 18)
A responsible adult must ensure the player arrives on time, is collected promptly after trials, and has the required gear. Parents/guardians must remain in designated spectator areas.

    Injury & Medical
Players must disclose any existing injuries or medical conditions before trials. The Club accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during trials. In case of emergency, the Club may arrange medical treatment and call emergency services if necessary.

    Photography & Media
By registering, you consent to the Club taking photographs or video of the registered player during trials, training, matches, or Club events. Such images may be published in electronic form (e.g. social media, website, newsletters) and/or in print media (e.g. flyers, posters) for the purpose of promoting the Club and its activities.
